Computer wont start

CPU/Ram: Athlon 1.8 / 384

computer has run for a long time... somehow the power cord on the tower was accidently unplugged and now it wont start again. did it blow a fuse or wat happened? is there anyway i might be able to tell if it is powersupply and not mobo problems ect? fast responce appreciated.Thanks
