Computer Wont Shut Down

Alright, most problems solved, pheeew! Now my computer won't shut down. It restarts just fine but when i choose "Shut Down", all icons dissapear, the little message box comes up that sais "Windows is shutting down..." then it dissapears and everything seems to freeze. Mouse doesn't move computer is still on and desktop is empty.
You have to give us more info then that. there's a million things that could cause those symptoms.
your that guy with the bluish stuff in your agp slot right lol. sorry it's funny to me. have you tried just using air cooling and then see if you still have the same probs. if not maybe it's the peltier system causing it. maybe you have condensation somewhere?? that's one of the major risks with peltier setups. you could have condensation under the metal piece on top of the core that's on intel cpu's.

Hello guys im having shut down problems with my pc. I own a Hp Pavilion model 6535 Monitor M50 466mhz 256 ram. When i hit the shut down everything closes windows and all screen goes blank , but i still have heat sink fan running power suply fan , and video card fan running. It's been doing this for about a year now not sure what it is. I see no problems of any other kind with my pc. I just unplug it once im done using it to be safe.
