Computer temperature going crazy

Computer temperature going crazy the BIOS temp is -47c for the CPU and 86c for the mother board but speed fans is 64c for the CPU and 86c for the mother board. But the temps for each of the four cores are around 35c. All of theses temperature are when the system is idle and all fans at full.
