OKay, well first of all I got a pretty old computer from a school, which were throwing away their computers, but I asked one of the staff and they let me take a computer home. A Dell Optiplex GX110. It's in decent condition and worked.
Problem started when I tried to change the settings somehow. Thie computer domain was still the school and was trying to get rid of that, so I did something and now everytime I try to log on the computer it won't let me in, says something about domain.
Now, I really want to restore this computer to the factory standard, fresh start. So I checked up on the internet how to do that and it said when the DELL screen pops up press and hold "Ctrl" and "F11" which would take me to the Symantec restore thing. But it doesn't, when I press Ctrl and F11 and when it shows the following list
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Network
Safe Mode with Command PromptLast known good configuration
Start windows normally.
It doesn't say anything about to restore the commputer.
So what do I have to do to restore this computer to the factory standard?

What does your problem have to do with CPUs or overclocking?
Here's the documentation for your system. I don't know if you have a Slot-1 or socket 370, so here's links to both:

You're not gonna be able to "restore this computer to the factory standard" without the recovery discs. As for the domain problem, I think you're gonna have to get into the BIOS & disable the network boot. And you're most likely gonna need the administrative password. This software can retrieve or reset it for you:

If that doesnt work then you need to grab your vista disk and do a repair installation for vista. Follow the link below.
