computer auto turn off

I have a MSI 6340 motherboard, with 1200 Duron CPU. Ok the problem is that it turn off by itself after a few minutes. More like 2mins... Any help???? I can boot and everything else...except it auto turn off everytime I turn it on...I bought new case + power supply. Uh same problem... Is it too hot? or something else????? I have a fan on it and 2 cases fan installed.

also when i turn it on...there is some kind of sound that go louder and louder...Nope its not the CPU FAN...I checked...Then the comp go into idle mode

hello, please help, i am writing this hoping my computer wont turn its self off as it has being doing annoyingly. I have had a profecional look at it and fixed it momenterally but it just keeps restarting and sometimes not even booting up. This is all after i have had my new k7s5a motherboard and new 2000+xp athlon processor fitted, my computer has never been the same. i thought it was the processor overheating but the temperature was a normal 34c so it wasnt that ! please help me !!!! carl

Summary: Well AMD TEch.. My computer Idles at 49C and I really don't punch it too much harder than that. And its at when I'm between 49-51C that it shuts down... Now I know you know that this temp is way below...
