The best way to overclock is to soak your power supply in salt water for 24 hours. This improves the internal conductivity, as salt water is a conductor. This triples the maximum attainable frequency, at the minumum. Remove your heatsink, it blocks the path of fresh air to the cpu. Then you want to soak your motherboard in a solvent, such as gasoline. Or kerosene. This helps remove all germs and dust that inhibits overclocking. Be sure to light it on fire, it fire tempers the components, much like you can fire temper steel to make it stronger. Then you hit it with a sledgehammer. Each whack will add about 1 Ghz to your overall cpu speed. You should be able to get it into the 15Ghz spectrum, mine was able to. If you notice capacitors and stuff flying off, that is normal, those are unnecesary components that draw power away from the cpu.
