This is what I want to do, I want to run my computer in a deep freeze! so can I just thaw out my refregerator, then dry it out and then stick my mobo in there and start the freg back up? my main concern is moister freezing on the mobo. I know if I stuck my mobo in after the freezer is cold, it would have a frost on the board, the method above should fix this problem?

The method sugessted WILL NOT avoid the frosting problems.
The moisture comes from the air, condensing out as the air is cooled, so the AIR must be dried as well as the fridge. A bit trickier to do unless you live in a very dry area , like a dessert.
