i got BIOS V 6.0 and i don't find that place i can clock my CPU. can someone lead me to clock with a BIOS 6.0 ( F6 )

Not all motherboards support overclocking and not all cpu's can be clocked. It isn't as simple as looking for a setting that says 'overclock my cpu'!!
You won't really notice any advantage of 2.8 to 3.0 anyway, you are more likely to do harm than good so I suggest you leave it alone!!

ffs! on many programs i have instaled it says:

min speed: 2800 Mhz
max speed: 3066 Mhz

and i know what im doing, i have buyed a good cooler so just backoff and help me...

No, you obviously DON'T know what you're doing! All you need to do is raise the FSB in increments of 5MHz, then reboot & test your system after each change. You may find that you'll have to increase the CPU voltage, & depending on what RAM you're running, it may hold you back from reaching the speed you want.

There's more than one P4 2.8GHz CPU (A, B, or C). Which one do you have?

And that BIOS number doesn't help at all. That same BIOS chip is used on dozens of boards, but you didn't bother to list what motherboard you have. The fact that you have an SiS 648 chipset says that you have an older budget board.
