I currently have an HP Pavilion 6736 with Cel 667. I would like to upgrade CPU to fastest possible. It is a Slot 370 running at 100 MHz. Can someone please tell me what would be the best cpu upgrade, and where best to find it at.

Probably the best you can do is a 1.1 Ghz 128k L2 cache Celeron FCPGA (This is not the same as a 1.1 Ghz Celeron FCPGA2). These are getting rather hard to find, but you can still get them on ebay.
You should probably try and find your Motherboard and run a web search to verify the type and speeds of CPU's that can work. If you can't find this information, try and determine your chipset and go to their web site and see if that is rated for the CPU you want to put in.
