On a Soyo SY-7IS2 mboard, I am running a 700Mhz Celeron. Temp is about 79DegC. The CPU is running 66mhz X 10.5. Memory Bus is running at 100Mhz. When the CPU is set at 100Mhz to match the Memory bus, the Mboard will not boot. I am still just barely below the max operating temperature for my chip. What can I do to cool it? I am already running a few fans.

To elaborate on ryan's advice, and decide to get a better HSF (which is likely the best idea,) this site is wonderful. It compares literally hundreds on different heat sink/fan units. There are some good ones for socket 370 chips like yours. (i think a celery 700 is socket 370)

Regardless, this site is great, I recommend it to anyone. I am surprised that more peeps on here aren't using OCZ Gladiators, the price is right and the performance is comparable with TT Volcano 7.
