It is not possible to unlock the multiplier on your chip, if 150MHz is the highest FSB, then you have reached the limits of your overclock.

Only one correction Cool Guy, the Celeron 733 is 11x66MHz. I know for sure because I upgraded my Pentium2 with it this spring and then I overclocked it to 11x112MHz = 1232MHz !!!

Oxa, they are right, you can't unlock the multiplier on Intel CPUs. Only on the old Pentium and the older Pentium MMX it was possible to change the multiplier!

Are you sure you have a Celeron? I dont think so though. Pentium III Celeron all run at either 66Mhz FSB or 100Mhz FSB. Only the Pentium III runs at 100Mhz or 133Mhz FSB. Are you sure your not mistaking a Pentium III as a Celeron? Or Did you have the multiplier wrong? A Regular Celeron 733Mhz is 66x11=733Mhz.

Maybe your Celeron is designed for 100 FSB and locked to 11 (would be 1100). And your mobo might not recognise it correctly (old bios or no support for 11x), so it might think that your celeron is running at 133 FSB while it is really only 66 MHz (underclock) which would make it run at 733!
75 FSB would make it look like 150 -> 775.

This issue might also arise if you're using some kind of unsupported slot-to-socket converter on your slot1 mobo.

NO UNLOCKING TO CELERONS, iP3S OR iP2S from 1998. All CPUs over 300 MHz are locked (including iP2 300 - Deschutes and Celeron 300A - Mendocino)

Whether your CPU is P2 Klamath (233-300) or Celeron Slot1 (no L2 cache), its multiplier is unlocked. For example I used to have P2 300 (originally 4.5x66) running at 3x100.

Check with WCPUID for what kind of CPU you really have. Even Sisoftware Sandra detects its original values.
