you can overclock it if you have enough cooling and a proper motherboard. I run my dual celeron 400's @ 533 MHz, but I have a good motherboard. Abit bp6

You gain more with 100mHz FSB instead of 66mHz. 433mHz core speed with 100mHz FSB is good news.
Don't worry too much about the core speed. Increasing FSB is the way to go. Don't risk overclocking your PCI bus or HDD using a cheap MOBO.
