Will you be able to run OS X on a pc when Intel's Core Duo 2 is released as well considering Macs uses Intel Core Duo on their new Mac's?

SATA II 2x 200gig 7200rpm 16mb cache RAID-0

Not officially, but I'm pretty sure that computer geeks with way too much time on their hands will find a way to do it.

MAC's do not use BIOS calls like X86 based O/Ses, therefore you will require an emulation layer to create a bootable environment...

Mac OS X can be installed on a commodity PC; but full hardware compatibility is a different story. It's not legal though.
