Motherboard manufacturer/model, memory type/amount, cpu socket/id number and have you a copy of the motherboard manual.
Basically use HWINFO32 http://www.hwinfo.com to give us some information as you have given us diddly squat!

If using an off the shelf motherboard, that increase should be doable on about any chipset. You'll want to increase the fsb from 133Mhz to 140.
Disable any spread spectrum settings in BIOS.
Set memory to run at a 1:1 ratio in BIOS.Skip

You do realize you aren't going to notice any performance gains from overclocking it less then a 100mhz. It's pointless.
