erm, What core does your P4 have? Northwood? Prescot? What ram are you using? What is your FBS, What motherboard are you using... Whats the wattage of your power supply? This information is all needed for anyone to have even the slightest idea of how much your system Might be over clocked.

Look at his sig...........a Dell with a 2.0 P4. Damas had it right the first time. You're sol with ocing a dell. It's likely a northy which can be oced pretty good had you the options. You're going to need to experiment with a ocing software such as softfsb and clockgen.
