can I O-Clock with a BIOS-Lock??

I have a Siemens comp. with Xp-home in an OEM-version, the manual say that the OS is locked to the bios. How much can I do without getting in trouble with the licens. The only hint in the manual is that you are only allowed to upgrade with the downloads on the siemens home-page. I would like to O-C a little bit. MOBO is A7N8X-VM, cpu T-Br 2100
