I am currently building a system for my brother who wants to learn to overclock. It has been a while since I have looked for a cpu and motherboard and don't know what is out now. I'd like to get a thunderbird so we don't have to mess with the glue and stuff (plus that is what I have and already know how to do it). What motherboards would be a good choice for trying to overclock a 1.1-1.2 Thunderbird? It does not need video or audio on board. Stability is important and we don't plan on overclocking it very much, mostly just an excercise for him to learn how OCing works. Anyway, any help would be great. Thanks.
Aaron

You might look at this site to get an idea of what others are doing:

overclockers

Doing the search for the MOBO and CPU might be the bigger part of the learning experience for you and your brother.
