OK I TESTED MY CPU, RAM, GRAPHIC CARD, MONITOR AND I ALSO RESETTED, RESEATED, TIGHTENED CABLE SCREWS AND EVEN TRIED RUNNING BAREBONED AND OUTSIDE CASING AND STILL NO POST AND BLANK
