BIOS setting is right but CPU isn't

This is a similar problem that I've had before - my XP 2200+ is showing as a duron 1.4. But now, when I check my bios settings it shows CPO speed detected: 1400 even though the FSB and multiplier should put it at 1800. Is there something else I need to change to put my CPU back to 1.8G?
