CPU/Ram: pentium d duel core 2.8gh
Model/Manufacturer: Costom built

Hi i recently built a system, i wanted to oc it so i went to the bios but there is a built in password, if you leve it blank its read only and wont let u cange anything, the mobo is an intel, how might i get rid of the password, thanx

You should be able to use the ClearCMOS jumper...that will remove the password & reset ALL the BIOS settings to their defaults. Check your manual or the motherboard manufacturer's website.

ya i hit the enter key when it asked me for the password but its view only i can see the clocks and i no its an option because tis blue and i can highlight it but when i go to change it it says bios is viel only password installed

Unusual BIOS. Use the Clear CMOS jumper or remove the MBoard abattery for a bit.
