Hello, I don't know where to post this but here seems like the best place, please correct me if I'm wrong about that. Ok here's the deal, I've had my computer for like 3 years and I've had a problem ever since; It seems to think it has 2 CPU's and it only has 1. I look at it in the control panel but I have no idea which one is the real one because it shows 2 exactly similar. What can I do about this? I think the computer thinking it's faster than it really is, makes it slower. Thanks for all help and sorry for bad english.

Well the only thing I can tell you is what's in the control panel. It says "Intel(R) Pentium(R)4 CPU 3.20GHz" 2 times (without quotes) Other than that I got nothing since it has no model.

Your CPU has "Hyperthreading". Hyperthreading is like a "fake" 2nd core. Your readings are totally normal.
