CPU/Ram: 750 duron oc to 1Ghz

I have an M810lr motherboard with sis-730s chipset and my bios date is 25/4/01. I want to upgrade my bios to utilise the full 160gb of my new drive and I want to know what processors it supports. Help me!

PC Chips doesn't give any real information on this board. Have a read at this thread:

I couldn't find a suitable looking bios update for any of the M810LR boards.

Some american company wanted $25 for a bios update. :-( Reckon that my proccessor is socket A so reckon it might take an athlon but will prob need upgraded bios?
