My personal opinion....
and it is what I have...

The Iwill XP333R....ver 2.1

The board allows you to set the FSB, Clock multiplier... it also has PCI dividers built in, so that your PCI cards will operate in the correct range.

I personally like Asus boards, it's what I use. A lot of people also like the Abit brand. I don't know about the Iwill's, but tank863 seems to give good info on them.

it sorta depends on the ram you want to run,
you want onboard raid to?asuse or abit is a
good choice.maybe abit kt7"a"raid that you can get cheap?im going to consentrate on ddr next time.
