Hey guys. What would be the best overclock for my system? It wont burn out, ive got good ventilation. Here are the specs

max FSB:160MHz
max Multiplier:12.5

What would be the best mix between performance and reliability, speed etc.

My Rig:
1040Mhz Pentium 3 OC'd at 1.2Ghz
Aopen MX3WPRO-E mobo
Intel 810 chipset
Onboard Graphics Not sure how many MB
128mb RAM
120GB Maxtor Hard Drive

My Old Rig:

You can't change the multiplier...all you can do is raise the FSB. If you don't have the option to lock the PCI bus at 33MHz, 150MHz would be the max before PCI got to far outta spec. Your PC133 RAM would have to be able to run at the higher speed as well...it usually maxes out between 140-145MHz.

It's not a great board:

From the link above:

Support : PC133 SDRAM
SDRAM DIMM x 2
DIMM Type : 8/16/32/64/128/256MB
Max Memory : 512MB

You can only install up to 256MB per slot & it MUST be low density RAM...high density RAM will not work. Unfortunately, almost ALL RAM produced these days is high density. Low denisty PC133 is very expensive & is NOT worth the investment. If you insist on doing it, plan on spending about $75 for a single 256MB stick:

"If you insist on doing it, plan on spending about $75 for a single 256MB stick"

if you are open to eBay purchasing, you can get TWO low density 256mb PC133 sticks for about $50, before shipping. if you want to boost graphics performance too, DEFINITELY get a 64mb GFX card, like a Radeon 8500 or similar. i have a Radeon 9200 128mb in my rig:

1.0ghz P3
512mb PC133
120gb WDC 7200rpm 8mb cache hard drive
ATI Radeon 9200 AGP 128mb overclocked

you are lucky your board will let you over clock, though, mine wont. LOL.

when you say max multiplier is 12.5x what it actually is now? anyway, yeah i would set the FSB at 145-150mhz.

If you can stay calm, while all around you is chaos...then you probably haven't completely understood the seriousness of the situation.
