The SLK-800 or 900 are great choices. Apparently, so are the Swiftech coolers as well. Do some research, and make your choice.

That factor depends. Do you mind having a tornado whirring in your computer (no pun intended), or do you value silence as much as I do? Can you handle over 50dba's of ear piercing noise? If so, the absolute best fans would have to be the Tornado or the Delta. I bought a Tornado just as an emergency back-up, and let me tell you, I can hear it through the door. This is a sacrifice some overclockers have to make if they don't want to be moving into watercooling.

This is of course, the BEST option. Second-best won't be as bad noise level-wise. I may be wrong though, about the Tornado and Delta being the best, but I know that they produce more CFM, at least in my book.

Yeah, hey, I was also planning to OC. It looks like if I want to keep my current, relatively low 39dB setup, I would end up getting an SLK900 with a Ys-Tech 92mm case fan for it. This baby shoots thru 63.4 CFM of air right at that mother of a copper heatsink! And, I would replace one of my (little bit old) TT Smart Case Fans with a 80mm Ys-Tech I think.
