I'm havin a little trouble overclocking my 2x512 pc3200EB past 220mhz, and even having some stability issues at 220mhz. I'm using NF7-S v2.0 with D23 BIOS. All the rest of my parts in my rig are very good, and not bottlenecking overclockablility. Pretty much i'm looking for a new BIOS with CPC disabled, as that's what i've heard my problem is with 2x512mb dimm's. Is there an option in the BIOS that disables CPC or does the new BIOS just hafta support/not support it.
I need a BIOS that works with SATA, CPC diabled, very stable, and I guess least messed with version modded from Abit's version, you know so its 100% safe. Sorry, i'm a noob about this board and it's BIOS's, so I don't wanna screw myself. Link would be very much appreciated, thanks!

What is CPC?
220mhz isn't all that bad...how far did you hope to take it? Have you tried increasing the CPU voltage and/or RAM volatge?

Also, what type of ram are you using? I have hynix, and my max was 225 FSB ina 1:1 ratio (p4 set comp). I raised the vcore, but no difference, and I then read someone that hynix tested maxes out at 225 about. I change the ratio from 5:4 (I would not recomment this for a AMD though, as they work best at 1:1) and I could reach 250, as teh ram would then be only 200 FSB. I could theoretically raise my FSB to 281 now, as that would bring my ram to 225 FSB, but I don't know if I'll be trying that without H2O :P
