The only good one I have used is the Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu. It is big and heavy (773g) but is very quiet. It has two modes:
Normal Mode 2400 RPM 25 dB
Silent Mode 1350 RPM 20 dB

I say, go to ThermalTake CPU coolers! It's not big and heavy, but it will surely make your CPU cool.
