Subject: be6-ii not booting
Comment:

I have a ABIT BE6-II motherboard with a Intel P3 800. It has worked fine for 6 months. It now will not boot. I have replaced the P3 with a celeron 300 and the machine boots fine. I have moved the P3 to a Dell GXL and that also boots up fine. Any ideas what the problem maybe with the be6-ii and p3 combination ?

No it worked fine for 6 months and then stopped booting. The board is good for a p3 1G according to the bios version it has, and the abit web site.
