hi,
i cant see any options in BIOS which allow my CPU to auto power ON.which i need it badly for our timekeeping program.
here's the specs:
Board: Intel Corporation D101GGC AAD35788-305
BIOS: Award BIOS for Intel GC11010N.86A.0303.2005.1108.2057 11/08/2005

Then you cannot 'auto power on'.
What you can do, is just leave the computer on. Simple. Turn off monitor and you will be reducing power consumption by a lot.

i want to schedule the CPU to be off/on on specific time between 1200am to 5am.

yes, this pc is belong to my network. and have dont have WOL options in BIOS.
