Actually, you did get a decent answer. It's not worth overclocking because the difference will be minimal. Raising the voltage will gain you nothing.
Chances are, it's 1.5v, but it may be 0.8v.

I can give it to you for my motherboard. Since I have an AGP 2.0 slot and run it at 4x I'm using 1.5v. A more modern motherboard with an AGP 3.0 slot would likely use 0.8v.
