Comment:
Interesting enough AMD has decided to exstend the life of the Athlon X2 by exstending the life of the Brisbane core with 2 new processors in Q1 next year that has a TDP of 89W, and is positioned in between X2 6000+ and 5600+, but that's not all. The Phenom X2 branding will be changed to Athlon X2 6-series that will be based on Kuma core scheduled for Q2 2008. The Phenom X3 and Phenom X4 model names will remain unchanged considering these will be AMD's high performance models.
