athlon multipliers

CPU/Ram: xp2400+ 512meg pc2100

I just installed an xp2400+ and when i boot the bios says amd athlon 2000mhz processor. Now if im not mistaken it should say amd athlon xp2400+.

i know this is down to the multipliers

anyone know what they are

im on an msi kt ultra2 mobo

I didn't read your post thoroughly the first time.

The athlon 2400+ is 2000mhz cpu.
