hey i have a 1.2 athlong running on a m810 (pchips) motherboard.. im having heaps of problems with the machine locking up and have tried everything, win 98, win xp, cpu temp, cooling fans, ram tests + swaps, etc.. i have now realised that the core voltage is set at +1.79 (used hmonitor) and i have been told that the athlon should be set at about +1.75 (by amd techie) now i am unable to modify this figure in the bios and the motherboard manual does not give details about where the jumpers are and what settings are availabe. does anyone have a similar setup? if so what is the vcore? anyone know where i can get some sort of detailed schematic for the m810? any help would be greatly appreciated!!! max

Summary: The problem is because the Front Side Bus of the A7V-E is by default, 100MHz which is supposed to handle 200MHz FSB Athlon procesors. You most probably inserted a 266FSB Athlon 1GHz CPU so it's runnin...
