The kicker is the **AMD new architecture CPU, must be purchased as a combo** disclaimer........try to add just the CPU to your shopping cart for a $115 & see what happens ;-(
Below is a retail offer for something similar but 90nm based.

Yeah but still not a bad deal though. 169 dollars total with the cpu/motherboard combo deal.

You know what I also notcied is the that the X2 3600+ on the 90nm is 2.0ghz, 2 x 256kb L2 cache, but the one on the 65nm is 1.9ghz, 2 x 512kb L2 cache.
