Any one know how to convert an AT power supply into an ATX power supply?
Sorry, it can't be done. They are two different beasts. Best bet might be to just grab a used 250 watt ATX supply. I see lots of them for sale at on-line auctions and in a few local web sites that offer free classified ads for computer gear. A good deal may even turn up at a local garage sale. Your local computer dealer may have a few used supplys kicking around on the test bench.
