Definetly the P4S800, the other one only supports 400/533mhz fsb cpu's support. It only supports ddr333 and the P4S800 supports ddr400 and maybe the new prescott cpu's that are coming soon. But i heard only Gigabyte boards do now. VERY easy decision. But if you want the best get the P4C800.

but the P4SDX has dual-channel capabilities. is dual-channel (ddr333) runs better than a ddr400 not @ dual-channel mode? the P4C800 is so expensive! i'm not into the new prescotts cpus.
Summary: I just bought a P4 3.06 and an ASUS P4SDX. This thing idles at 54c. If I play counterstrike for 10 minutes, quit, and check temps, it's over 70c!! This seems WAY to hot. The cpu has the retail HSF...
