I wanted to know what i could run this to over clocking. and what safe speed could i over clock too. remember SAFE!!! thanx before guys and gals

Technically there is no such thing as a safe OC.

Well u know so i can OC and at a nice rate. what would be ok or OC a 2600+ barton and the asus a7n8x-x board.
