Summary: 1st of all, it's a 2500+ Sempron, not 2500MHz. It runs at 10.5 x 166MHz (1750MHz). You have the FSB set to 100MHz...get into the BIOS & change it to 166MHz. Hopefully you have at least PC2700 RAM? BTW...
