It's a PERFORMANCE RATING. Mhz means nothing now. Same way an Apple Computer at 2ghz would completely thrash a 3ghz Pentium 4. Don't worry abotu your ghz or mhz. You have a nice cpu (sure beats my 2500xp barton).
