AMD XP 3000 on MSI K7N2 Delta

I just got a hold on: -MSI K7N2 Delta -AMD Athlon XP 3000+2.167G 512K 333BUS Bartn -1G of DDR PC3200 64x64 400MHZ
I install everything and saw that the CPU was running a 1GHZ only.... I thought it should at least run a 2.1GHZ... I went into the CMOS and changed FSB to 200MHZ and it would not boot up anymore.. so i reset the MHZ jumper to safemode and it boot up.... how can i set it so it will run at or atleast a 2.1GHZ.... I need help on how can i make the cpu run faster than a 1GHZ....HELP!!!

After clearing the CMOS, set everything to auto and see if it runs @ 2166Mhz (166X13) or manually set the clock to 166 with a 13X multiplier and check the voltage make sure it is @ 1.65v and see if it runs.
