I'm gonna have to say:

#1 ABIT AT7-MAX2,VIA KT400 chipset AMD K7 ATX mainboard SerialATA,DDR 400,AGP 8X,USB 2.0 SoftMenu™ Technology Retail

#1 ASUS A7V8X 1000Mb/s LAN, Firewire IEEE1394, Serial ATA DDR400 AMD Athlon/Athlon XP/Duron Socket A, Processor Mother Board.

Cant believe someone has to make such a hard decision between the two. Just buy both =). By the way I do prefer Abit over Asus for no reason. Abit runs cool one example uh my Board is running at 20c idle lol ;). Asus same thing dunno =-).

Both to be found at newegg.com
