Hello, Im having the common "AMD XP" problem, It is running at 1250 mhz and not recognizing the "XP". When I try to set the CPU core mhz or whatever to 133, it disables it and returns to "By Hw". I believe it is my core voltage, only running at 1.7 volts or so. Is that it? The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-7vrx - I got it OEM, I heard this stuff about jumpers missing and whatnot, where do you get spare jumpers and where on the board would I look to change it so it will run 133 mhz? Please help, email me if you can. Thanks

I had the EXACT same issue... the thing here is that BOTH your multiplier and FSB are set improperly.
I do not know about your mobo specifically, but you need to set your multiplier to 12.5 and your FSB to 133. I had to do mine via dipswitches on my mobo... but your may use jumpers.
Getting spare jumpers may require some finess at your local computer shop (a $10 spot under the table may do the trick if they don't sell them).
Just to make the point. my mobo default multiplier was 10.5 and my default FSB was 100... hence: 12.5 x 100 = 1250... but you already knew that u smart boy.
