AMD temperature problem

CPU/Ram: AMD1400/ 512pc 2700

I have a problem which is about the temperature,
I am using AMD 1400MHZ, and motherboard is gigabyte kt 400, 512 pc 2700 RAM
when i start the computer during in bios, the temperature is around 63 degree, but when i get throught to window, and check again, it appears 53 degree, so which one is right?

question 2?
my computer is working normal, is my stuff are right, I mean the AMD1400, 512 ddrram 333mhz, and motherboard...gigabyte kt 400
hope guys u can help me.....AS I am computer crab.....thanks

I would beleive the BIOS before any windows program.

The 1400 isn't known to be a cool running CPU.... actually its a furnace
