I want to upgrade my AMD Duron CPU from 12ghz upwards. How far can I go with my upgrade. I know nothing about overclocking or flashing the bios so for me it's a matter of buy a CPU or is it. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to find out which motherboard you have, you can do this either by looking inside your case to try and identify it, or use this application...........
