Is this a normal temperature for my PC: 42-46 Degrees celsius. Thats 100-114 Fahrenheit. Is this normal if i have a AMD Athlon XP 2500+ I did not overclock and i only have two fans on my pc.

that's not bad....if you want sub 40's, i'd go with an 80mm fan and a copper heatsink

Where do you live and what is the temperature of the room? I notice about +-10 degree differences in summer vs. winter because of how I cool/heat the room.
