how can i over-clock my AMD Athlon xp 2000+... on canyourunit.com its rated at: 2.0Ghz but it real sped is 1.67Ghz, can i over-clock it to 2Ghz?

You sure won't do it on the 745 Ultra motherboard. Your 2000+ runs at 133x12.5; to get it at a real 2000Mhz, you'd need to run at 160x12.5. That simply won't happen on your motherboard.
The 2000+ is supposed to run at 1.67GHz (12.5 x 133MHz)...don't be confused by it's PR rating. We can't tell you how to best overclock it without knowing the core your CPU is based on (Palomino or Tbred), the make/model of your motherboard & the type of RAM you have.
A can give you a few hints though. The multiplier is locked at 12.5x & can't be changed, so to run at 2.0GHz, you'd need to be able to increase the FSB from 133MHz (266MHz DDR) to at least 160MHz (320MHz DDR). That means you would have to have at least DDR333 (PC2700) RAM & your motherboard/BIOS would have to support ALL the necessary overclocking options.
edit: I missed the model number. As Skip said, it can't be done with your setup.
