Reply: (edit)That's interesting. The 14x multi 3200's I've seen described seem to mostly come from Australia/New Zealand and in locally built machines. Also, most of 'em seemed to have serious problems and would not oc. I did run across one guy with the 166x14 processor in his sig who seemed to be happy with it...I think he was on forums.amd.com Other than than a few retailer hits on a 3200+ w/ 333fsb that need to be taken with a grain of salt, my searches have turned up nothing concrete. Reply: (edit)For those who do not know it, Australia is a hub of overclocking and computing expertise. My guess is that amd is trying to capitalize on that cultural strength by selling a cheap mobo'd 3200+. Sort of a celeron for a society too smart to buy a celeron. Interesting. Good at beer, steaks, and computers. Gotta visit!

Reply: (edit)Come on down johnoh Be glad to see you !!! We can discuss your comment about society being 2 smart. Your comment about "cheap" not so sure about that. Beer = yes steaks = yes you forgot wine = the bist in the world. And as far as pc's are concerned, its getting out of hand. The attitude seems to be the faster the better.
