Hello, I plan to build a pc and was wondering weahter to put the amd athlon xp 2200 or the 2400. Now i know the 2400 is better but i want to know weatehr is worth spending the extra money and how munch a differece will i see from the 2200. My mobo that i just got from a friend suporrts only up to the 2400 266fsb so dont recommend anyhting higher. I thnak you in advanced.

Operationally, no, I doubt you will notice the difference, only under benchmarking, IMHO, will you notice the difference. In the end it all depends on what you do with it, if you really need the extra 200MHz then go for the 2400+, I don't think there is all that much difference in price anyway.
