Yes, the maximal possible multiplier is 11x!

Have you change the HTT multiplier down to 3x ?

Try setting the Ram down to DDR266 with manually set correct CAS latencies!
Use the low DDR Ram setting for testing and as soon as you know how far the cpu will work you can try higher settings!

Hey Free Weasel,

Should he leave the cpu multiplier at 11 or drop it on down to 9 and then build on his FSB speed 1st. I'm trying to help someone on another board. There are many mixed opinions as to "How do you overclock an AMD 3400"?
He has a nice MSI (neo) board with a gig of 3200 Geil ram. This is a A64/754 pin processor. Any help would be much appreciated.
