Just a quickie, saw the new AMD 64 X2's came out a while ago now, would an X2 work on any socket 9 motherboard, im runnin asus a8n-sli so wandered if i could run an X2 on that. Cheers

it would be easier to just callup asus and ask them instead of having us hunt the web. not that that is a big deal or anything, but this is easier for you.

Ya it works, tomshardware used it to test the new processors. GO to tomshardware.com, because i'm not very sure, i forgot, so make sure.
