Have new processor and it runs between 49 to 60 degrees depending on what application Im running. Is this its normal operating temp and/or what is its temp limit

It's not horrible but it could be lower. What's the average room temp & the system temp? How many case cooling fans do you have & how are they configured?

room temp around 24 degrees c, 2 chassis fans 1 large in the back and a standard size one in the front. chassis is huge, motherboard temp average around 34 degrees c

hovers around 52 to 55 degrees C

yeah that a bit too high for idle temps. It should be in the mid to low 30's.

Is this a retail version that came with the heatsink or an oem version that you installed a 3rd party heatsink on to it?
